Well.. it was great!! i went up to 110mph and i felt i could go faster, i didn't try the acceleration but the manufacturing assure that 0-60 is achieved in less then 3 sec. It is incredibly torque they said around 130 Nm and it comes really smooth.
When i took the Motorbike it was fully charged, i had 1 hour of ride and i've done around 70miles, when i brought it back the dashboard showed 100miles left, so i supposed the range it's around 150-170 miles.... sounds good.
In terms of riding.. i got used quickly.. no clutch no gears so i was just focused how to twist the throttle.

Impression..... I definitely want one :D

I'm curious about these figures.  According to their web site it has a 3.9s 0-60, not less than 3 - and it it quotes a 112 mile range. And while it is vague on which type of range that figure comes from, they describe it in terms of how much city commuting you can achieve with it, which implies that this is the standard city range.  Highway range at 70MPH constant would be much less (less than 60 miles @70MPH for a Zero with equivalent city range).  According to your memory of the test ride you did 70 miles in 1 hour which is an average of 70MPH.  An equivalent zero that can barely do that 70miles @70MPH would be the 12.5 model which has 151 miles in the city (even with an added power tank it only gets to 94 miles @70MPH).

On the other hand, the Saietta looks like it is much more aerodynamic than the other models, but you'd think their actual range claims would be much higher if the aerodynamics gave that much of a boost.

It would be great to hear from Alespeed again on how he's getting on with his bike. Are you out there mate?

Apart from this topic and the news about the new model, Saietta have passed me by somewhat.
