Hi everyone. We've received many requests over the last couple of years for a lockable storage compartment for the 2013+ Zeros and we've finally got something we think you'll like. We have available now and in stock a three piece Carbon Fiber Kit that includes a front fender, seat cowl and a lockable tank lid to replace the tank bag. Hollywood Electrics and Brammo will host a Grand Opening on Saturday, Aug. 16, from 11am to 7pm!

Come demo and test-ride a Brammo Empulse or Brammo Enertia Plus and experience first hand high performance motorcycles, which also happen to be Electric!

Team Brammo will be in attendance as well as Hollywood Electrics staff. Don’t miss a great opportunity to meet and greet, and go for a demo ride.

The first 25 attendees will receive a Brammo hat, and there will be a Brammo prize drawing. First prize is a Brammo Icon Jacket (worth over $200.00), second prize a $100.00 Brammo online store gift certificate, and third prize a $50.00 Brammo online store gift certificate. You can only sign up for the drawing at the event.

Electric Motorcycle Events / Hollywood Electrics Class for M1GP!

Hello fellow electric motorcycle enthusiasts.  I just wanted to extend an invitation for everybody to join us on the track.  M1GP and Hollywood Electrics have partnered up to offer an electric motorcycle class.  All electric motorcycles are welcome.

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2012 and older / 2012 Zero Performance Upgrade

Hello everybody.  I just wanted to share some dyno data I took yesterday to give you some real numbers on the performance improvements of our controller upgrade.

Two bikes were tested on the dyno: a completely stock Zero S ZF9 (for a baseline) and a Zero S ZF9 with our controller upgrade installed.  Both bikes were more or less the same state of charge, (nearly fully charged) and data was taken under the same conditions within a few minutes of each other.

As you can see, hp is boosted about 20% from about 30hp to over 36hp.  Torque increases about 34% from 48 ft-lbs to nearly 65 ft-lbs. 

The torque is really what makes the difference, improving acceleration drastically.  I'll post more pics and performance metrics soon.

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2012 and older / New 2010 Zero Motorcycles at Hollywood Electrics this Saturday

Friday is a media day, the whole gang from Zero will be here with catering from Kogi BBQ. Saturday we'll be running demo days all day on the new S & DS models.
