Thanks! Almost the same procedure as explained in the service manual.

I tried to find some video’s on YT but couldn’t find anything, do you have some suggestions / links?

FlipOW:
SwampNut, LeverCommaJohn, this is very helpful, tanks! Will give it a try next week, when I have a week off. Cheers!

FlipOW:
I managed to fix this, by lifting the tank plastic gently after removing the side plastics. Seems that something in the tank compartment blocked the lock hook.. It's more or less working again, but I won't be suprised when this happens more often.

Specter:
If something is getting in the way of the hook mechanism,  (cargo maybe) ??  Can you possibly put a piece of tape or something around / over the mechanism to keep whatever from sliding in the way again?

Aaron

FlipOW:
it was my charging cable that puffed out and pushed the lid upwards, causing pressure on the lock but also a small gap in which the reminder cable of the disc lock slided in between.

Note to self: don't use the tank compartment like the trunk of a car.
