Alta Motorcycles / BRD is now ALTA Motors, has revealed production RedShift

BRD has changed its name and has revealed the motocross and supermoto versions of its RedShift . Deliveries are said to begin in the 2nd quarter of 2015 in California before shipping to other parts of the country in Q3. They also recently scored $4.5 million in investment to help get this done.

AutoblogGreen has published a first drive of the 2014 Zero S and SR. This comes on the same day as the 2015 lineup is announced, but the findings could easily be the same on the 2015 since the emphasis is on the drivetrain and performance.

Electric Motorcycle News / Agility is bringing Saietta R, other models to the U.S.

Looks like the U.S. will get another electric motorcycle choice. Agility Global is bringing its Saietta R Stateside, along with other, future models.

Performance seems to be on par with the Zero SR, but with better handling. Company also says they will be improving performance with new motors, including a water-cooled unit.
