Since I can't seem to find a "FAQ" on these things, and everybody here already seems to magically know everything there is to know about them:
1) Do I have to carry a bunch of adapters with me to use one if I were to have the new bellypan unit installed?
2) Does it come with any connectors, or do I have to purchase them separately?
3) Can I still use Level1 charging from a home outlet?

1) If you are touring in areas without infrastructure, you may want to carry some adapters. If you are riding locally no. I only carry adapters when going to a new area hundreds of miles away, or if I know that I will need them from experience. My longest trip is 3000-4000 miles. I have done one here in the USA and Mexico as well as across Europe.
2) Everything needed to get going on the EV stations is included. You may want a wall connector, but you can order that with the charger or off of amazon.
3) you can, youll just want one of the things mentioned in #2

The Diginow comes with the Mennekes or J-plug(s) on the bike.
The leads you have too order yourself.
I ordered 2:
1 for house (1 fase connected to Zero/Diginow)
1 for public charger (3 fase connected to Zero/Diginow)

True,
if public chargers has leads you can use them and connect to the 1 or 2 j-plugs from Diginow on your Zero.
If you want to charge by a normal housesocket you need to buy a lead for it.
If the public charger doesn't have leads you also have to buy a lead for it.
The Diginow only comes with the connection(s) on the bike.

That is exactly correct, yes. You get two inlets. Two chargers (6.6kW) will be tied to one, and one charger (3.3kW) will be tied to the other via modular Anderson connectors. This allows for other inlet options should anyone decide they want more flexibility. We're all about flexibility and adapting to as many situations as possible.
