Title: Sevcon connector cover
Post by: Justin Andrews on May 14, 2015, 08:21:43 PM
I've been looking at improving the water proofing around my sevcon, and I've found something that might be useful.

First off, the sevcons connector appears to be an AmpSeal35, and an official wire strain relief option is available for that connector
Part number is: 776463-1

You do the playdoe / clay / silly puddy test yet to see how much room you have under seat near the terminal to see if this won't pinch your wires?

I hope you didn'tt look too long for the connector as I already documented the types, pins, etc in another thread ;)

I took about 10 minutes to find this, and yeah my first thoughts when I saw the length of it was "will it fit under the seat"
