SOLD!

$9,000. Bike has a clean title and is registered until February 2022. It has 17,385 miles, runs great and needs nothing. Pre-sales inspection done on December 21st by the Zero dealership shows the battery is healthy and bike has no problems. No trades.

My throttle assembly's return spring no longer moves it back to neutral when it is near 0% or 100%, and lazily returns a little when it's in the middle. I think I broke it by using a mechanical throttle clamp 'cruise control' device[1] , I'd been feeling the groaning of the throttle spring when forcing roll-off while clamped, so I don't think the pinion gear of the throttle needs adjusting[2] as the throttle remains smooth and not snatchy. If I disassemble the throttle, can I tension the return spring to proper, snappy operation? Can I buy a replacement return spring, rather than an entire assembly[4]?

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2013+ / 2017 SR belt broke on first use of Custom mode. How to set Eco to 200% regen?

I have spent the bike's first 5000 miles in Eco mode because Custom mode has this 'initial max torque' of ~70% when you give it ~25% throttle, then after a couple of seconds it follows the Custom Max Torque setting, 40% in this case. Today I decided to brave Custom mode because I really wanted its 200% regen, and sure enough the belt broke at 40 mph and 33% throttle while going over Botts' dots, display showing ~70% torque. I remember reading on this forum that Eco mode's regen can be set to 200%, is it "Max Eco Regen Coast Tq" and "Max Eco Regen Brake Tq" ? Or, is it possible to modify the 'initial max torque' for Custom mode?
