Title: Yamaha e-Vino scooter

Yamaha dips its little toe into the electric waters.  Cute, but way to slow and not enough range for U.S. city usage, but maybe it will work in Asia:

I lived in Taiwan between 2006 and 2010 and I had this EVT:   http://www.evt.com.tw/product/detial/8357?cid=5010 (http://www.evt.com.tw/product/detial/8357?cid=5010)  I remember the price being about the same as the e-Vino but the range and speed were about 50km and 50km/hr.  I wonder why the e-Vino seems to be a step down.
