My DSR and FX both have the standard 110 plug for slow charging only. 

My work has a row of those J-plug charging stations that are free for use for employees, but they do not have any 110 outlets in the area.

Is there a cable or adapter or something that would allow to run one of those J-plug cables over to my bike, convert it over to a 110 plug and charge it that way?

Yes, and better. Can also be used with several Quick-Chargers.

Was about to mention that TusconEV option... but $100+manual-construction vs $150 (half the price they were just a few years ago) almost seems a wash to me.

Agreed.  Other alternative is to check eBay.  I got mine from someone here who had a Charge Tank installed and didn't need his any more.  I've been knocking around the idea of getting that new 6.6kWh tank myself.  If I do, I'll pay it forward" with the adapter.

That part use to cost $300 from Zero, so when they dropped the price to $150, I got one. Keep in mind the picture they show is outdated. The updated plug has a 90 degree bend at each end.

Seems to me if I had a charge tank, I would use the adaptor along with the charge tank to charge the bike even faster. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Ohhhhh... I didn't scroll down far enough... I only got to "The Inlet with 1 meter of cord", where you'd have to add on the 110 end.

Only if I felt like hogging TWO charging stations instead of just one.  At 6.6kWh, that's fast enough to get me home from any place I'd conceivably be that I wouldn't concern myself with hogging another station.  The Zero isn't my ONLY bike, it's just the one I use most often. If I'm planning on going on a longer ride, I do have two ICE options that are far more convenient for that purpose.
