Title: U.S. "International" Motorcycle Show
Post by: Richard230 on October 27, 2012, 04:38:33 AM
I just received a postcard notifying me that the San Mateo (SF Bay Area) Progressive International Motorcycle Show will be held Friday, November 16, 3pm to 8pm; Saturday, November 17, 9:30am to 8pm; and Sunday, November 18, 9:30am to 5pm. Their website is MotorcycleShows.com and the card says you can get a discount on the price of tickets by using the Promo Code IMSCP.

Here's hoping that there will be a Zero or two at the show.   :)

I just received a link to an article outlining the Progressive Motorcycle Show highlights, which mentions that Zero will be attending the show.  No mention of Brammo, though.

I visited the San Mateo version of the Motorcycle Show last night and Zero was no where to be found at the show.  There were no electric vehicles on display, other than a couple of kid's electric off-road styled motorcycles on the floor of a vendor's booth.  Attached is a photo of a portion of the manufacturer's exhibit hall.

I also went to the show - hoping to get a glimpse of the 2013 Zero S, but sadly they were a no-show. I was disappointed - San Mateo is a hop and a skip from Santa Cruz - Zero should have made the effort. There are always thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts at these shows - it would have been great exposure for Zero.

Zero is definitely attending the show in Los Angeles that is coming up in a few weeks.
