Hi ! I have a 2017 Zero FXS, and it seems that the battery capacitity lowered somehow (max is 94%, and the decrease seems faster than it was).
It tried to retrieve the logs, but when I launch the app, the wait counter goes above 100%. I stopped at 300% because it did not seem it would stop.
Any idea how I can get the logs, and how I can fix this battery issue ?

You're not the only one that's had the issue. The logs will still be saved on your phone once it gets to 100%.

The percent is based upon the time passing, not that portion of the logs downloaded, apparently.
Just give it more time.

With some insistence sometimes the log transfer successes...
If not, I would try to
- change the Zero App version. For my 2016 FXS, I stick to version 1.6.50 since the more recent ones gave me some problems. Or try the version that was in use when your bike was new.
- use another smartphone
In any case, keep the smartphone close to the bike to be sure that the BlueTooth connection is good
