You buy a pack of two - they have a new type out now and these are even brighter..took less than 5 minutes to install all four lights...

I have these on my DSR - actually they were from my Triumph Tiger 800 - perfect fit..good upgrade on stock.  They have an inbuilt resistor to slow down the flashes..

Pics and Vids / Barkbuster Storm Handguards
« on: August 14, 2016, 02:32:11 PM »
Hi there, just added these to the DSR, really good quality hard guards from Barkbusters.  I also added the additional LED light Kit just to make sure I am seen on my commutes too and from work.  All in all a good OEM looking setup, and took about 30 minutes to fit in total.

These combined with the Oxford Adventure heated grips should keep me nice and toasty and warm on these winter mornings here!

Looks a great install Sam, I covered the fan unit with the rubber boot to keep the noisy fan at bay - I will reevaluate come warmer times!  You certainly get noticed with the brighter light...now I feel more lights are needed!!

Hi there all, just wanted to share pictures of my new DSR in NZ...went for a blast and very impressed!!
Jealous :) do you worry about warranty issues being in Nz? No dealers here afaik.

Fingers crossed and prayers to the reliability gods!  I am quite good with bikes and electrics - local dealer in Australia is really good..hoping to get a dealer over here - won't hold my breath mind.

Hi there, I run the same n my DSR, you can hear the fan, but the light output is great and nice and white.  I was running them in my Triumph Tiger for a year - a bit of fun to fit, easier when you remove the headlamp assembly!

Good upgrade to stock H4 bulb.

I fitted LED indicators inserts again previously from the tiger  - perfect fit!

With little sound, making yourself seen and defensive riding are really important!

Sam, bike sounds better - did you manage to get to the bottom of the motor noise?  What a great winter weather we are having in Wellington...DSR arrives on the 17th..catch you soon.  Thanks for sharing the video.  Tim

I have used Harry's Lap Timer, integrates video, GPS and OBD data with great results...really good when in the track given a comprehensive database of tracks..
