Hi everybody.
I've been lurking here on the forum for a couple months, but now I guess it's time to introduce myself, as I just picked up this beast today!

Still cannot believe how easy these electric bikes are to ride, while being such capable machines. I'm expecting a lot of fun with my Zero. :)

Beauty in the Beast!!!
Congratulations.

Are you loving it?
I keep forgetting how much like flying it is.
Like flying, but with better traction. And no Z axis to complicate matters.

Well... Frankly speaking it's not that beautiful. :-\ Personally I prefer the looks of my R3 more. Zero or some 3rd-party manufacturers have to design some nice fairings for these machines.
But it's definitely the beast! :D
Congratulations.
Thanks!

Absolutely! Rode it to work today. It's so much fun needling through the traffic, and so effortless!

Yeah. That's pretty close. Or teleporting: I just look where I want to be - zzzap - and I'm there.

Heh... :)
Talking about traction - I am a bit cautious about flying right now: the tires are still new and shiny, I'm not feeling too confident in the corners yet. Still remember when during my test ride of a new FXS with just 40 km on the odometer, I almost lost it in a turn - that was a scary moment, especially because it wasn't even my bike.

Ah, but in teleportation, I think you get frozen, don't get to enjoy the G-forces, the wind, the banking.

Well, still a lot more braking power than an aircraft has.
Yeah, treat it like a new pair of tires, be gentle till you have given the surface a little wear.
