headway headquarters, dealings?

looking for batteries.  Has anyone ordered from headway-headquarters.com ? Any suggestions for where to purchase some batteries would be appreciated.

We ordered 100 16Ah 40160 Headway cells from Dave Kois at Current EV Tech (http://www.currentevtech.com/) and were quite happy with the transaction.  While we haven't every ordered directly from China, I've heard from colleagues that the hidden expenses (import duty, etc) and hassles make it not worth the apparent savings.
