Hi all,
A potential buyer for my Zero 2013 seems anxious about a possible reducing performance of the zero battery (in terms of max km of autonomy mainly). Did any of you notice such a performance reduction ? To the contrary, can any "veteran" Zero with a high mileage (mine is 7000 km on a 2013 Zero) testimony that performance remained unchanged even after a large number of miles/km ?
Thanks a lot !

My Zero has zero kilometers because I will get mine end of this week ;D
I dont think that the bike will loose performance. Only the batteries will loose capacity. And Zero guarantees the batteries for 5 yrs/160,000 kms. And that's a lot for a motorbike.
I drive an electric BMW i3, too with over 28k kms and the batteries are still in top condition.

I've got 13,700 on my 2012 DS. I haven't noticed any degredation, but to be honest I don't log any data. I just haven't noticed any less bars available at the end of my commute.
Terry posted this interesting information (http://electricmotorcycleforum.com/boards/index.php?topic=4491.msg29407#msg29407) regarding his battery tests. Basically his conclusion is that the batteries will last the lifetime of the vehicle.

Electric Terry says somewhere on the forum that at 75,000 miles, he doesn't notice any change in range.

Thanks a lot ! Very reassuring.

16,000 miles on my 2013, no reduction in range here either.
