Title: Suspension clicking/cracking on S 2013
Post by: kensiko on August 14, 2014, 09:27:36 PM
This issue has been discussed a few times here but I didn't find any specific topic for it.

My bike has the rear suspension clicking/cracking at a certain position. With my father we were able to determine that when the spring rotates in the top, it does it suddenly and causes a vibration and the clicking noise.

While not very much a big issue, it's annoying. I'm sure it can be corrected easily, possibly with oil or something like that.

Anybody had this corrected?

My 13´ bike was having the same problem.
It´s in the top of the rear suspension, the sleeve is too small and is therefore too free, and it give this cracking sound when it is compressing the suspention.

The solution to the problem is to give the bush a welding blob, just a little to remove the veil.
