That company hasn't made cars for a few years now.  They have been trying to sell their powertrain to other car companies.  Originally they were going to use a supercapacitor (instead of a battery) made by a company called EEStor, but the miraculous device never materialized.

They never made anything besides a LSV with a top speed of 25mph.

Zenn? Can't see the movie right now.

If so, there's lots of parts they're selling:

REALLY good prices. NOTE: The motors have no drive end, it's meant to go into a differential.

Here is the ZENN story.  Kind of interesting, but another sad ending to a low-speed city car.  You would think these types of vehicles would make some practical sense for people who live in a city and just want to get around town.  But the price was too high and the market too small.  Too bad.  I also think that government regulations limiting the vehicles to a top speed of 25 mph is short-sighted.  After all, who drives at 25 mph around any town, even when the speed limit is 25 mph?  They should have at least let the cars hit 40 or 45 mph to accommodate a wider range of urban streets, such as expressways.

Most states in the US would allow them to do 35mph. I think they would also allow them to legally drive on roads with posted speed limits up to ~45mph. I have driven many of them and they are ok. Never worth close to $20k that they could easily get up to. It was a pretty simple programming update to get them to go about 38mph.
