I have a problem with the kick stand switch as well now.
But it seems, that this is happening only while below 0°C
Does anybody has the same experience?

I could ride last weekend, but now on monday morning it's not working again (had the same problem last week...).
It's clearly an issue with the switch, because "Error 45" is shown in the display.

For the (long time) not answered question above see:

I hope that there will be a firmware update also for my Zero S 2015 in the future.
Since the last update the SOC and Range values are not reliable any more!
That's really a shame because I had a perfect Iceland trip with the old firmware (which I simply should have kept ...)

Uwe

which is why I always plug it in IMMEDIATELY upon return.  I figure that is better than letting the battery get ice cold, and then trying to charge it up the night before I want to use it again.
I do it the same way  :D

That can't be so difficult... After 33 years not driving a motorcycle (last ride was the successful license exam) I just sat on the Zero and rode. No practice or whatever...

Edit: Stopping like this: Left foot on ground, right foot presses rear break. Hands are free for whatever.

Hi,
can anybody comment these values of my BMS?
After the latest firmware update I still have no exact values of SOC and Range.

What means "Pack Capacity Remaining : xxx Ah"?
Should be less than the 100 Ah capacity, shouldn't it?

************* BMS #0 ***************
- BMS Board Rev : 03
- BMS Firmware Rev : 43
- BMS Serial Number : 2015_bms...
- Battery Serial Number : 15...

Some days ago:
- Pack SOC : 35%
- Fuel Gauge : 32%

- Model Year : 2015
- Pack Capacity : 100 AH
- Pack Capacity Remaining : 136 AH
- Total Energy Used : 13 KWH
- Number Of Bricks : 4

Today:
- Pack SOC : 28%
- Fuel Gauge : 25%

- Model Year : 2015
- Pack Capacity : 100 AH
- Pack Capacity Remaining : 174 AH
- Total Energy Used : 42 KWH

Hi,

with a small fault by mounting the rear wheel on my Zero S 2015 I killed the ABS ring. I noticed the fault after a short test ride, but it was to late already. It seems that the ring is glued to the wheel.
Does anybody know if there's a spare part for this?

I just didn't look that this little nose of the ABS sensor, so that was mounted distored by 10° or so. In the end the ABS ring scratched at the sensor and changed it shape as shown in the pictures...  :-[

Uwe

Seeing all this collection of bright colored cables and plugs, people may think...
Yes, and I said to some visitors, that an ICE bike is tanked full in that time I need to store away the cables...
Anyway, I returned home safely on Monday afternoon after 6070 km.

Who has not seen it in the blog already, yesterday I removed the plastic covers of the battery for cleaning:
