Energica / Stripped passenger peg bolt

So, I had a cheap hex wrench and it kept slipping, and I stripped one of my passenger peg bolts. I have better stuff coming tomorrow, and a proper breaker bar. Any advice on any sprays or anything I can do to help the new tools bite in better?

Anyone have a Carbon edition yet? I've seen one or two online in customer hands...but they don't seem production.

Has there been any proof of CCS charging or a water tight pack/rain safe bikes being delivered? They've been manufacturing them for a while. Also, any dealerships on the East Coast? Or, anywhere?

I'm about to buy a 2018 Ego, but want to make sure it really can do ~80 mile or more at 70MPH. Anyone have real world data on this? Energica says 80-150 miles, some people on here are saying 60 miles...anyone know the real cruising distance? (Sorry for spamming the other subjects before starting this new one)

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2013+ / 2015 SR rebooting and now won't charge

Anyone else seen a Zero "reboot" while stopped or at low speeds? Mine kept doing it more and more and then this morning I noticed it was charged to only 87%. Unplugged and plugged it back in and nothing happened, the charger is dead now. Just dropped her off at the dealership, I doubt I'll see her again for weeks. Attaching logs taken when I dropped her off if anyone is able to read them, I'd appreciate it.

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2013+ / iPhone app

Hey Zero motorcycle/iPhone owners, quick question. Am I missing something, or is there no way to configure the custom mode via the app? All I get is the eco mode. I'd love to be able to change the settings of all three modes quite frankly. Anyone been able to overtime this, without buying an Android device?
