2010 Zero DS Rear Sprocket

(1/2) > >>

DarenH:
Anyone know who I can get a rear sprocket from that is bigger than the OEM?

DarenH:
Sprocket Specialist made me one but with the wrong bolt pattern. Getting a replacement soon.

Specter:
How much bigger?  How many more teeth, diameter??
How much bigger can you go before you need to get a new chain too because you ran out of adjustment on the old one?

E bay or  Amazon maybe?  or a local machine shop or cycle shop?

Aaron

DarenH:
I went 74t per Agni Motor specs so the motor doesn't heat up on a 72v system.  I also purchased a new chain 132 link but will need to remove one link for it to adjust correctly.

DarenH:
I was able to get everything to work on the gauges except the battery level. Added a temp gauge and ran it all through the OEM wire harness.
