Hi,
I think that my speedometer reads about 6-10% high. That is, it claims that I am going faster and covering more distance than in reality. I'm basing this on two trips that I take repeatedly with different vehicles. My commute to work is listed as 6.3mi in Google (and Apple) Maps, but the bike says 6.6mi. A longer trip is 29.2mi in Maps, but bike says 32.1mi. Additionally, it seems like my speed is displayed higher as I don't think everyone in the Bay Area is speeding... :-)
Is this adjustable? And does anyone know how it's calculated? There doesn't appear to be a speedometer cable.

Be aware that when you adjust the speedo on the bike it does not change what is being sent to your Bluetooth device. So your iPod, Android, etc., will still be incorrect, with no way to ever change those devise's incorrect readings. :( I got this information from Zero eng.

I haven't found the accuracy to be as different as you are experiencing. I base it on the radar guns / speed feedback that I see on the signs as I ride to work on Hwy 17 each day. We did validate this for the app some time ago, but I'll check it again. As Trikester states, the adjustment can be made in the dash but not in the app. Sounds like a good suggested improvement. Thanks.
