Power:
Replace motor and controller
Stock batteries (~50hp to the wheels)

Weight:
Ditch charger, headlamp, bars & accessories, rear "fender" assy, shitty useless ABS unit and extraneous hoses, MBB, a ton of unnecessary wiring, the shitty stock brakes and heavy stock wheels, and some other stuff. How much does this save? Who knows.

Aero:
Clip ons, off the shelf race fairing

Zero and/or Hollywood Electrics have made such bikes with that fairing, if not exactly this bike. You could just go make polite inquiries and see what you can learn.

Shouldn't make a difference. The bigger motor just overheats slower. The issue with any sort of DeathFX is the tiny batteries and limited amount of amps the controller can pull due to their small size. Also the batteries overheat very quickly.
