Its easy, just get a 1000W electric hub motor, with a lithium battery, and the rest of the kit, and install it onto a bicycle. I would recommend some good rims and tyres though if your going to be riding that fast on a bicycle hehe

Its only part of the book that cost $47. Its just a basic intro of bike parts
