Title: LED blinker conversion for < $20
Post by: CScalpeL on September 24, 2015, 08:44:09 PM
I converted the blinkers on my 2015 SR to LEDs using the following components:

LED blinkers

Relay

With some modifications:
1) Had to switch the polarity of the connector for the original relay (located under the upper frame in the front of area where the PT goes)
2) Had to shorten the rubber sleeve (by about 1 cm) on the front blinkers to allow for enough thread to catch the nut on the opposite side

I've had them installed for a couple of months and so far so good, I like the way they look and you can't beat the price.

Still hasn't rained yet over here so don't know how waterproof the components are.
