Any similar like Elcon Quick Charger? Or easy DIY?
 It is a bit pricey to order from US to EU.. 1500€ with tax and shipping:/

Those would not work well for the 2013 bikes; the 30A 72V unit can operate at a maximum of 90V, so you would have to use the 15A 144V unit.

I assume the Elcons are the TCCH-96-22 unit, which can supply 22A up to 130V.

I don't know how large these units are, but unless they're much smaller than the Elcons they may not be worth using.
