Looking at the BMS log from the other tread ( http://electricmotorcycleforum.com/boards/index.php?topic=8859.0 ), you should be able to charge the battery if it's temperature is at least 0°C:

  - Min Discharge Temp        :  -30 C
  - Max Charge Temp           :  50 C
  - Min Charge Temp            :  0 C
  - Max Charge C-Rate         :  1.0
  - Min Discharge C-Rate      :  7.5
