This may be a no-brainer, but my take bag zipper has been a little rough, so I sprayed some dry lubricant on it and now it is very smooth.  Just thought I'd share.

Hello. When I check the belt tension on my 2013 S, does it matter if I put the gauge on the top of the belt, or can I put the gauge on the bottom of the belt? Should the bike be on a lift, or can it be sitting in the floor?

I hope this is not a sign of things to come, but a seal blew in my rear shock today riding home from work… smooth highways and city streets. I can't take it to the dealer until Saturday. It's already spent about ten days in for a faulty fuse holder and about ten more days with the clicky sprocket-key thing. I hope this doesn't take as long.

I have been riding my 2013 0 S for about two weeks now. Just the other day I noticed a clicking sound coming from underneath the front of the bike. At first, I thought I might be a wheel bearing about to go out. But, I have discovered that the clicking sound stops when I turn off the key, so I know it's not the wheel! I am curious as to what is making the sound. It sounds like it's coming from the front of the battery box. It occurs when there's no load on the motor as when I am maintaining a constant speed on a slight downhill or coasting. My guess is that it is a relay or some sort of switching device possibly switching in and out the regenerative braking. I'm not worried about it, I'm just curious as to what it is (trying to learn about my new bike).

If I plug the charger of my 2013 S into a 220V circuit, will it charge in half the time, or will it charge in the same amount of time, but use half the current?

I have a '13 S.  Is there a best way to use a lift to get my bike off the ground for tire maintenance?  Could it be as simple as putting the lift under the bike and raising it up, or is there something I need to be careful about?

Okay, so my GL1800 weighs almost a thousand pounds, so I don't worry too much about it being stolen.  But, the Zero S I have on order weighs less than half that.  Should I be concerned about it being stolen? Could something like a lo-Jack be installed?  Can someone recommend a good lock?

Just wondering... how accurate are the Zero speedometers? I've had motorcycles that have had varying degrees of accuracy, some not very.
