I've mentioned this before, but if you have an FST bike(an SR, SRF, or SRS),  and you have connected the official app to the bike, you are most likely now limited to FST SR top speed and torque levels.

If you have a serial cable, you may be able to issue the riding_modes command to see what your the limits of your bike for each mode, but I am unsure if that is available without logging in.

A fix for this has been promised by Zero to come out soon. The only near term fix is to have the dealer reload the latest firmware and not to connect the app. This means no custom mode.

I saw that today AT&T are shutting down their 3G network in the US today. As best as I can tell, they are the primary carrier for Zero in the US. For those of you without a 2022 FST bike(SR/F and SR/S) and who haven't received a new CCM, it's likely all or most of the remaining remote connect will cease functioning today.

Zero tells me they have a replacement 4G part, but I have seen no announcements about whether old bikes will be retrofitted or an upgrade covered under warranty. I guess owner's can reach out to their dealers or Zero HQ if they're interested in preserving that functionality.

I just wanted to let people know that I was told there are no planned SOC FW changes coming from Zero anytime in the next year.
I haven't been able to get a response from them as to what(if anything) they believe is wrong with v19, only that v19 is supposed to be better than previous firmwares.

Some people with major issues seem to have their problems fixed upgrading to v19. Some people seem to need an SOC algorithm reset. Some people end up with a new battery. If you have major SOC jumps or range issues, there's also the chance its not the FW and something is wrong with your battery. I've done all of these things for owners, and one of them usually fixes it.

As the riding season winds down for most people, something to think about  :)

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2013+ / SR/F Tank Trunk Lid Replacement Campaign
« on: September 30, 2019, 11:52:25 PM »
My dealer just reached out to me and said Zero is replacing the tank trunk lid for free in November.

Really excited to get that issue resolved, and it's great that Zero is owning up to it. :)
