UK Riders - help please :)
« on: June 17, 2016, 09:30:53 PM »

Hi all

I am finding is very very difficult (read impossible) to get insurance on the 2016 zero SR here on the UK. Primarily because, its missing an insurance group rating??? The Zero DSR is NOT missing the rating, and I can get insured on it very easily.

People who ride an SR in the UK, who are you insured with?

Likewise, a bike you have built is very hard to sell.

Nah have had some decent offers. Won't sell it anyway, it's a very soothing ride.

Or maybe consider converting the diesel to electric? ;)

If I could shove an electric motor and small battery pack on a superdream, I would be  A GENIUS.

I can only just get the 3 pot kubota engine to fit :)

Hows the T800?
