Title: Battery gauge stuck at full

I have a Zero XU 2012. My fuel gauge is stuck at full. It's happened once last year and by chance, the problem fixed itself: I drained the battery completely. This time, I tried draining it again but it didn't work. I called Zero, they told me to reset the fuse - no luck with that either! Does anyone know how to fix this?

Just bought a second hand Xu 2012; exactly the same problem...ridden about 30Km, still 10/10 battery lines.
How do you reset the controller? I've only located two fuses on the side of the bike, and are 80v each... So must be the ones for
the battery, not the controller. :_
