In case anyone didn't read about the display of this bike at the Indonesian auto show, BikeEXIF has some nice photos. I want this as a kit!

Not "full fairing". Doesn't push much air aside, doesn't cover the wheels at all. That's where much of the drag is. Looks cool, and is instructive as to attachment points, etc.

looks too slab sided for me and the tail is too short and bobber like... but the front seems ok in side profile.. it just needs to ditch the round headlight and go for some formed lights.
yes, I am implying it should look like most other sportbikes... mostly because they work.

I believe this meets the definition of full fairing as seen on most Ducatis, in that it covers the lower half of the bike as well. Most don't do anything elaborate with the wheels.

Love the bar end mirrors, always had them on all my Trumpets & Beemers w/short bars.
Anyone know an aftermarket maker to easily fit an S?
The stockers need too much elbow bending to be useful.

I'm not a big fan of the fairings but Ok, this kit, or at least an equivalent needs to come here and be available stat. I'd be all over this day one. Any fabricators/modders in Socal that can do this? ;D

I can't see where any attention was paid to cooling. Is this much of an issue? On my 2013 S, there are those louvered bits of plastic that look like they're supposed to get air back to the motor. Because of this, I was wondering if I should try and jerry-rig something similar with an Airtech full fairing, or whether I should just get an Airtech half fairing and leave on the Zero's bits of louvered plastic.

Carbon fiber replications of the front fender, rear hugger, and heel guards! Oh man, I wonder if they'd make more of those and sell em. OH MAN!
I'm not really into the front/side fairings either, but the seat and tank look amazing.

Mods Required:
Make rear set brackets for the R1 after market foot pegs.
Fit CBR1000RR seat and tank cover.
Fit clipon handlebars.
Make a new dash mount bracket.
Fit an E Stop safety switch and capacitor discharge relay and resistor (only for race series)
Fit led flasher to the brake light (only for race series)
Fit Aprilia RSV4 Fairing.
The Author describes, the low bars make the SR feel a lot more racey .A new top triple clamp which helps lower the whole bike 20mm, gets rid of the ignition key lock and remounts the dash readout a lot lower out of the way of any crash damage.
The Aprilia RSV fiberglass fairing only needed a few fabricated brackets to fit.
A few combinations of pully sets based around 2 different belts (220t 200T) , gave this SR a claimed top speed of around 200kmh.
