I just sent in my registration for the local high school's "Industrial Tech" Car Show that will be held in a couple of weeks.  I plan to place my 2012 Zero S on display in the hopes of generating some interest in, and discussion about, electric motorcycles.  Today we were getting some very nice weather and I was looking for a reason to go for a ride, so I decided to visit my dealer, Mission Motorcycles in Daly City, CA to ask them if they could spare a brochure that I could hang on the bike while it was at the show.  As it turned out the salesperson was very enthusiastic about my idea and gave me a nice large glossy brochure for both the 2012 and 2013 models, several models of each which were on the showroom floor.  I had not seen the Zero brochures before. Attached is a photo of the documents.  They are every bit as good as the brochures produced by any major IC manufacturer and better than most that I have seen recently.

I also received a handful of the smaller brochures, with the shop's sticker on the back, to hand out to interested show attendees. (I will bring the large brochures with me, but I plan to keep them for my 45-year long collection.    )

The shop was stuffed with Japanese-brand motorcycles, but Zero was well represented.  A yellow 2013 DS and a yellow S were on display near the front door and this row of Zero's various models were lined up on the showroom floor.

As you entered the shop, you practically tripped over this nice red XU.

Very good, that's the way to sell.

My 2013 FX is sitting right now outside my motel room, in Escalante Utah. This is a big touring ride route for bikers from all over the world and my FX gets some of them to ask questions about it. Of course I also tell them about Zero's street versions with bigger batteries.
