Last comment I'll make to this thread since the trip being done and all.  Brandon / digiNow has gotten in touch, and assures me a refund is understandable if that's what I want to do. I'm going to hold out a while longer presuming I still qualify for the US Federal and California state tax incentives on charging station equipment.

Sorry @BrianTRice I'm going to put that Elcon through more adventures until you pry it from my hands ha-ha  8)
