Title: Towing the bike in the rain
Post by: gstrub on July 12, 2019, 06:07:08 AM: Tomorrow I am off to the dealership with my SRF to get the screen replaced. Itâ€™s two states over and I am towing it on an open motorcycle trailer. Itâ€™s probably going to rain. I know the bike is technically fine to be in the rain but this is my first electric, so is there anything else like trying to cover it necessary?

I wouldn't cover it unless you want the tarp flapping against it. Should be fine uncovered.

Post by: vinceherman on July 12, 2019, 06:50:31 PM: I have ridden in the rain on my SR/F multiple times. I would be much less concerned with water damage than flapping damage from the tarp.

You might have mentioned it and I missed it. What happened to your screen? Being so new, there is not much data to draw from so I am trying to stay up on all of the reports of issues.
