Zero Motorcycles are not Vectrix scooters.  There's no manual timing a tech can do of Zero Motorcycle.

bad choice, the FXS is faster off the line and a lot more fun to ride.. if you can afford it.

Yes, but once opened its a great place to install an alarm and/or GPS tracker. You can connect to the 12v to recharge or to power.

I believe the dealer here in Israel is about to start offering leasing. The numbers I heard were really great and they're planning to include tires and brakes at set intervals with over"mileage" charges. Don't know what they'll do about residual value but guess they've figured it out. Biggest obstacle, aside from the high cost of insurance, is the banks here. Interest is high compared to cars and many just won't lend on a bike.

Beautiful. Going to be a bit pricey in Israel as MX prices have fallen considerably. The range will be okay though.

That's great... but what about warranty on our very expensive batteries?   What's Zero Motorcycles' position?

It may. Try it. If not the standard monokey plate can be found for around 20 USD and come with the majority of monokey GIVI

Whats the price?  Anyone know?

I saw the shop here do it a few weeks ago.  It took less than 30 minutes.

Israel dealer is awesome.

I've seen these illustrations. Looking for a real image, wanting to know if the 4 modules (batteries) are in aluminum cell boxes like the FX modules or "raw" and without casings or?

Has anyone opened a Zero Motorcycles "MONOLITH", one of the 2013-2016 8.5-13kWh batteries?  Very curious the layout and wiring.  Would like to see any images.  I found a wrecked 2013 DS in Boston and have several projects in mind.  Wondering if I can separate out the 3-4 "BRICKS".  There's frame damage, forks are trashed, but the battery look undamaged and the bike is apparently turning on.  Appreciate the collective wisdom of the forum.

Very nice.  Any idea how much weight you can put on it?  Is it 50/50 on the TrailTail wheel and rear wheel of the Zero?

For 2014 - forward the charger is a single CALEX unit and not the 4 Meanwells. I believe I saw a setting to restrict the charge current via the master bike board. No longer have a working OBD dongle to access and check.

How about just running a quality extension cord from another circuit... maybe the laundry room or kitchen or...
