« on: August 01, 2018, 03:01:31 PM »

Hi

Saw on the Wiki,

What is the brand of the clip-Ons and the risers intalled on Zero Cafe moto?

https://hollywoodelectrics.com/collections/hollywood-electrics-customs/products/zero-cafe?variant=5419174920233

I sent a mail to the contact but I haven't any received answer. Somebody has perhaps some informations.

They appear to be Woodcraft clip ons. I have a set on my Triumph Street Cup. They are solid clip ons with a range of different heights.

Hi,

I found the Woodcraft model at Hollywood Electrics in California. Some modifications are necessary in order to adapt it. Now it is installed and I have a better position than before! ;D

Cher Monsieur,

https://www.woodcraft-cfm.com/product/yamaha-fz07-1-inch-clipon-adapter-riser-plate-wblack-bars
Vidéo woodcraft:

Attention, l'installation nécessite  un nouveau perçage pour fixer les 4 vis de fixation.

Hello Andrew

The Clipon Adapter Woodcraf used is the one that fits on a Yamaha MT07 and bought at HollywoodElectric:
https://www.woodcraft-cfm.com/product/yamaha-fz07-1-inch-clipon-adapter-riser-plate-wblack-bars

Be carrefull installation requires a new drilling to fix the 4 fixing screws.

Merci Gil.

I have orderred MT 07 clip-on adapters from MotorGenic for only 90 quid. I'll have to see what machining they might need.

Thanks again for your help.

Andrew.

PS my francophone kids have lost interest.

From the picture above, I'd guess that they just over-sized the front 2 mounting holes to accomodate a slightly different bolt pattern (using the washers installed on those fasteners as evidence).
