Streamlining project is a go
« on: April 14, 2014, 05:21:21 AM »

I set up a blog so I can start dumping content about my streamlining project and everything else I dabble in.

If your interested to see it please find me at
Blog:       http://www.callmeburton.com
Youtube:  http://www.youtube.com/callmeburton
Flickr:       https://www.flickr.com/photos/71805301@N05/

I am going to use this blog to centralize the content on flickr and youtube but I likely wont be covering everything I post at either site on the blog because it would take to long. The blog is young, I haven't even chosen a theme yet or setup things properly, so if you have suggests as to what you would like to see let me know.

Everything that was in the rats nest has been moved to the tank area for faster prototyping.

The bike runs fine the way it is I just pulled some wires apart to make labeling them better.

The chargers are now on top the battery instead of under as I assume Brandon (EC) wanted more ground clearance or just to make it easier to work with them.

Brandon said he is going to look at your suggestions on labeling later and let me know the rest of them when he gets a chance =D

Looks like a good start.  Enjoyed reading the posts so far.

It will be interesting to see how yours compares to Terry's. Seeing as the 2013 already does better on the highway from stock.

Do you know why EC is going to a 2014 bike? Isnt the performance the same between the 2 model years.

From what I can tell he was getting a lot of flack for running a modified bike so he decided to 'upgrade' to a stock bike and run it for a while to set new records. The SR has a better way of handling heat with it's new motor than the 2013, if I recall, and I believe this is likely the reason for the upgrade.

It will be cool to see what he does with it.

On another note I was thinking about the sound system and what sounds I would likely use for my bike and you know it would be funny as hell to have a Jetsons 'car' sound lol
