ok thank you so much for all your help i only really have two questions left.

DC to DC converters http://www.electricmotorsport.com/store/ems_ev_parts_dc_dc_converters.php the first two have the 72 volt change so am i really gonna end up spending 200 dollars for lights or is there something better/ easier to do.

finally sprockets/chain. i dont get it at all ive looked at the equation things ive gotten that apparently more teeth makes for a better acceleration. is it necessary to change the sprocket and all or is it just an option?
