Meanwhile I found an important factor necessary for the proper function of the app in my Samsung Galaxy S9:

In the settings of Android "Location" has to be "On".

Otherwise the app will not connect with the bike.

Wow!!! Thank you so much!! It worked on my S10e too. I had tried everything, even a soft reset but there was no way to connect the bike since I updated to Android 10. I have never thought of trying that silly thing, you saved me. Thanks a lot! :)

I have that same version (android 10, UI2.1) and it stopped working after the last update, older versions worked fine.
In any case, the bike or the app is made to work with IOS. I tried to connect it with several android phones, different brands and different android versions, and it's a lottery. Some models just work and others don't.

No need to pair via Bluetooth settings! The app is supposed to find and display the bike.
For me, I ended up successfully pairing my tel (Android 10) to the bike. After dozens of uninstalls / reinstalls  >:(
You must insist, until it works !
I can't say why it didn't work and why it works now !??

Do you updated android on your phone recently? I have also a Samsung Galaxy S10e and I have the same problem since I updated the OS. Before the update it worked fine. I guess the new android version has an incompatibility issue with the Zero Next Gen App. I mailed Zero support with the problem two weeks ago and I have no answer from them.

I will try to insist installing and uninstalling the app as you say, in the meantime I'm using another phone because I don't understand why it is not possible to enable/disable the schedule charging for example from the bike menu, you need mandatorily the app.

Thank you I didn't notice it before! Anyway It seems to be not actionable manually.. but it turns on when detected the BT of the phone.. I'm confused. When you open the app without BT.. it tells you that it is impossible to connect and it search for the BT and the bike logo is grey?

There are two ways to connect the bike to the phone (BT & Phone). Phone connects to the bike via SIM card but in Spain we don't have that option. The bike comes without SIM card here. So we only can connect to the bike via bluetooth. To do that you have to activate "Emparejamiento Bluetooth" in the menu and search it on the app. If it doesn't work, it is due to the brand of your phone which is not compatible with the bike bluetooth chip. I was not able to pair the phone with two Sony phones. I tried with a few Samsung and LG and it worked fine. I hope that help you.

Like I said on earlier posts, mine had the same problem than yours (not charging at all). After sending it to Holland for repair where is Europe Zero Headquarters, they changed the whole charger and after a month of waiting, I have it back and running fine again. Sorry to hear yours is not solved yet. You are right, these  problems make it difficult to trust the brand again. Now, every time I plug the bike I think it won't charge again..It's a shame

Dealer called today and said the thought is that one of the two chargers failed.  They are waiting for Zero to send them the part number of the charger so they can order it.  That seems a little odd.  Why didn't they tell them the part number (or ship it) when they were on the phone with Zero?  I'm glad I am not in a hurry to get this bike back.  I will be surprised if this fixes it unless there are some massive fuses that also blew.  When you try to charge it, it appears to be an open circuit.  One of the chargers should still try to work.  For the time being the lovebugs are still in full force in central Florida which makes riding a little bit harsh.

I am told this problem seems to be a charger communication (CAN BUS) error not a problem with the charger itself.

I tried that several times. I even unplugged the 12 volt battery to force a hard reset but it didn't work. All settings on the dash kept unchanged so the bike computer that manages the charging system is connected to the main battery, not the 12V one. There is simply no way for the user to reset the bike.

You're not alone. Mine did the same last week (standard version). I recorded a video for the dealer if you want to see how it behaves. My dealer confirmed it's a CAN Bus problem but now it's on its way to Holland form Spain because they don't know how to fix it, so I guess I'm going to miss it for at leaset 3-4 weeks.. It's a shame  :-\

More new test ride videos and an unboxing. Love the sound of this beauty  8)

That review is quite poorly prepared. A lot of mistakes in it, apparently the premium version has more range than standard and that you get a 4k government grant (which you get here for some electric cars, but not zero).

As far as I know, both versions has the same 14.4 battery so both has exactly the same range. In any case it would be a bit less range since the premium version adds some extra kgs due to the 6kw charger.

Yes, you're right. I used auto translate and the license plate made me think that.

Nothing new but she also says it does the 0-100kmh on 3.3s. It could be true? I hope the SR/F is below 3s. You can see on the accelearation from standing that the bike is on street mode though.
