Title: 2010 Zero S For Sale
Post by: iSurgeon on July 21, 2017, 05:30:39 PM
Selling my 2010 Zero S with Nissan Leaf cells and a cycle analyst.

It's been running great since I did the conversion at about 600 miles. It now has around 3300.

Looking to upgrade to a zero fx so I can dirt ride with my sons.

Its on ebay>>>  http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-Other-Makes-Zero-s-/302387543395?hash=item4667b3bd63:g:VDUAAOSwAC5ZbmgG&vxp=mtr (http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-Other-Makes-Zero-s-/302387543395?hash=item4667b3bd63:g:VDUAAOSwAC5ZbmgG&vxp=mtr)

Oh, wow.

It sure is clean, for a 2010.

Normally, I would tell anyone and anyone not to get a pre-2013 Zero anything, based on my experience with my 2011, but you've swapped the battery pack, and made it look stock, and oh, wow.  Very interesting.

Might be a good project bike for someone near South Carolinia who doesn't have money to buy a recent model, which are a lot more expensive than the $1600 current bid price.  How much handholding are you going to give the new owner?  It's quite a custom job...

What's really odd is you have no mention of kwh or range.  How many leaf cells did you put in that monolith?

It has 7 leaf cells so about 3.5kwh. I get 25-35 miles on a charge depending on speeds. It is a custom job but when I did it I did not want the finished product to be hard to live with. It uses the zero factory bms and since the conversion the only work I've done to the bike is replace the chain with a new gold one. Having the cycle analyst has been very educational.

I put a post up here when I did the conversion. There should be some pics if someone wanted to search.

If anyone is interested the bike is still available as of this post. I'm looking for $2500.
