Conversation at my car mechanic's this morning
« on: May 15, 2013, 08:54:28 PM »

Mechanic: Is that an electric bike?

Me: Yes. 100% electric.

Mechanic: We were debating if it was. But it has gas, right?

Me: Um, no. 100% electric.  :o

Speaking of interesting comments, I recently read a response on a BMW motorcycle forum that I thought was pretty cute.  A question was asked which is better, AC or DC electricity.  The response was that DC was better because with AC the electrons go back and forth so much that they wear out.  But with DC, the electrons are always new, since they go in just one direction and therefore will not wear out.    :o
