I use a rear stand for my V-Strom that does not quite grab the Zero rear swingarm as well as I'd like, so I've dragged my feet on finding a new one. But I have a ratcheting center lift which works fine when I occasionally need one.

My center lift is a Drag Specialties Center Jack, which others have also had success with here. I've linked it from the wiki now.

That is what I use to lift my Zero and it works quite well.  But I always use a secondary means of stabilizing my bike just in case I accidentally bump it while doing something stupid while it is being supported by the jack.
