The battery warranty is 5 years so you could have about another year on it, determining when the warranty starts from depends on a couple things which I'm sure someone else can clarify.

The charge cycle number is essentially meaningless as none of us have managed to figure out what it's even measuring.

If you divide 18,500 miles by 226 charge cycles, you get ~82 miles per charge cycle.

The number of charge cycles is supposed to measure the number of times the battery has been charged and discharged. The way it decides to do this is proprietary and debatable, but what it measures should be pretty straightforward, and the number makes sense for a 2016 DS with that mileage.

Thanks Brian. Any input on what you think it's worth if lets say it still has battery warranty and if it doesn't or its about to run out? Thanks!

The Zero market is too small for me to feel comfortable even giving a ballpark number. There are used Zeros listed on EBay and more specific used car sites, but it's unclear what the actual sell price is.

For what it's worth, I've lost a Zero to theft, and another to a freak accident, so I've never gotten to the actual point of selling one.
