Thanks, yes, it is the clock battery.  Anyone have a link to specific instructions on how to replace it?

The clock won't keep time.  The rest of the the console data seems ok, but I am worried that this is the beginning of a cascade of more errors on the console.  Anyone have this problem or hear of a solution?

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2013+ / Campground NEMA charging
« on: June 26, 2018, 03:31:27 AM »
I am getting another Y adapter from Tucson.  The male end is NEMA 14-50 (for campgrounds).  The female ends are c-13 for my Quik charger and also NEMA 5-15.

Can I plug my factory cable into the NEMA 5-15 and right into the onboard charger for my 2013S?  Will I fry anything?

Tucson made me one like it for J1772 stations, and it works great.  Is there any difference with NEMA 14-50?

Those are perfect!!!!  Please let me know where you got the parts and how you fixed them up.  This is the best thing since sliced bread.

Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2013+ / Auxiliary port extension cord
« on: July 20, 2017, 09:25:08 PM »
Anyone know where you can order a simple extension cord for the auxiliary port?  (2014S)  That thing is a real ____ to plug and unplug all the time.  Looking for something pre-made.  Coming up empty on the internet.

Something that permanently allows plugging while standing and would be best if capped against rain.

Does anyone know where I can buy a pre-made extension cord that will prevent me from having to constantly plug in my auxiliary chargers into the Anderson port?

It would be so nice to access the auxiliary charger while standing!   ;)

The Tuscon J1772 adapter says it can have multiple plugs on the tail end.  C13/C19.

C13 is the kind that goes in the bike's normal charging port, correct?

If I want to get ( I know, weak) a Quick charger later, should the 2nd plug be C13 or C19?  There is not one good freaking picture of the quick charger plugs on the whole freaking internet.

Does someone know of a simple way to connect a J1772 to a 2014S ?  Faster charging would be even better, but I have no need to spend $1,000 or take a electrical engineering class to build something  ;)

I have a level 2 J1772 for my Volt (winter vehicle).  It would be nice if I could take advantage of that somehow.

I see a Tuscon adapter for $100.  Does it work well?

Thanks.
