Zero Motorcycles Forum | 2013+ / Left/Right mirror tightening/loosening directions.

2016 SR here. My Zero fell over on the left side when parked. The left mirror now needs adjusting but I'm not sure of the loosening direction. Is it the opposite direction of the right side? Can anyone with an SR, S, DS or DSR check on their bike for me and let me know? Mine is so tight I can't figure out if I'm tightening or loosening it because it won't budge either way.

2016 Zero SR owner. I damaged my red (plastic?) tank and contacted my dealer for a replacement and they stated Zero does not have them anymore so I would have to replace with a more recent (metal?) version for $200 more in price. Does anyone else find this outrageous? Any advice on what I can do? Ultimately, I don't care what the color is because I'm planning to wrap it (and the front fender and tailpiece) in some other color anyway. Please help, $349.95 for a replacement tank that isn't even the original is an unacceptable solution.

I would like to buy a trailer to tow my 2016 SR (415 lbs.) with a Honda Civic 1000 miles at highway speeds. Does anyone have experience with small motorcycle trailers, especially long distance? Makes/models recommended or to avoid? (Also posted in General forum).
