Parts, Mods And Hacks / Double battery capacity
« on: July 18, 2020, 09:52:27 PM »
OK so I purchased 2 2013 Brammo Empulse units.  One which is like new with 3400 miles has been rebuilt as a reverse trike (zener-ecite) the 2nd is a damaged one I purchased just for the battery pack. My plan is to pull the batteries out of the 2nd and install them in parallel with the battery on the trike. I can see how the power out will work fine however am unsure as to how charging and balancing will be achieved. Any incite on this would be appreciated.

Yes I have the owners manual but I need the full manual as I have a "project" in mind

I found this which leads me to think Polaris still owns the Empulse line

Brammo Forum / A couple questions related to Victory and manuals
« on: May 02, 2020, 03:11:13 AM »
I have a 2013 Empulse and need a shop manual but can't seem to find one. Can anyone point me into the right direction?

Second what has Polaris done with the electric bike now that they discontinued Victory? I know Brammo battery was sold to Cummins but it appears Polaris still owns the motorcycle line but I am not sure.

I just bought a 2013 with 3100 miles on it. Not much changed in 2016 from the 13 models. I paid $3800 for mine and it came extra wheels. I don't know why but it came with new wheels and tires as spares. I will probably be selling them as I don't need the extra.

Tech Help / Normal motor wattage use
« on: April 20, 2020, 04:52:24 AM »
So I am new to the eMC movement as I just purchased my first emotorcycle. I have a 2013 Brammo which has a 10kwh battery. I have a plan to double that capacity but am having problems with calculations. Can anyone enlighten me as to the normal operating wattage draw one may expect on the motor? Once complete I should have 20 kwh battery and just want to estimate average run time.
