When the Zero has a power tank, it has no more storage for a lock or so. There is some room under the seat, but it 's not quickly removable. Does someone already made a quick release for the seat to get easily access to the storage room under the seat?

I found the right latch to make a quick removable seat. It's invisible and if you know how it works, you can remove the seat very easily.

I bought the quick release that togo posted from Amazon and installed it. Works fine, I tried putting the button under the foam completely so you wouldn't feel it if you were sitting on it but it made it too difficult to find and press the button. The seat does flex if you try pulling on it to make the bike go upright from the side, so I left in the original bracket to keep it from going too far. Once somebody is sitting on the seat the passenger can grab the sides and it won't flex anymore.

I simply made (too tight to buy!) two knurled knobs to replace the bolts that hold the seat on. I use them almost daily to add or remove my bags and access my aux fast charger input cable which I located under the seat. Cheap. Simple. Effective. with the correct diameter and length, how would you mechanical guys feel about using them instead of the seat attachment bolts? I'd be a little bit concerned about them rattling off, but maybe it's a non-issue. It seems unlikely that they're going to come out if your body weight is on the shank, holding them firmly in place, but I wonder if they could work their way out somehow.

I have the Happy Trails rack installed, which puts more load on the seat bolt fastening that a pin won't handle. I use a ratcheting socket wrench to loosen the bolts part-way now to remove the seat. Which means I rarely remove my seat...
I've considered switching to a quick release pin under the tail, but my Corbin seat is pricier than the stock seat and I'm also concerned about moisture getting into the tail next to the controller, and as a result I've held off on this modification.

What makes you say that? 316 stainless is VERY tough stuff, much more so than the mild steel bolts that come stock. I realize they're hollow, with a spring/actuator inside, but I'd bet they could handle a LOT of weight if properly sized. Besides, I'd think the rider's body weight would be a far larger load than any rack load would be.

Follow-up:
I ended up installing the lower half of the item I ordered from amazon, and just drilling a hole in bottom of the seat to fit it.
The plastic that makes up the seat captures the pin nicely, and it is flexible enought to stay put except when I yank on it.
I drilled the hole smaller that the knob on the pin, and sure enough, it pops on and off easily, so I never even drilled a hole the whole way through, there's nothing on the top of the seat to get in the way of passenger comfort or alert a passerby of its presence.

The motor controller is under the seat, along with major cabling and fuse block. The controller is larger on SR/DSR models than the other models.
Behind the controller, there's enough room for a small toolkit, but not much more, and not safe for liquids.

I wouldn't take the risk, you can't be sure that they haven't tampered with something under the seat. If I really needed to remove the seat often while out riding I'd just keep an appropriately sized allen key in the tank, it wouldn't take much longer to get to and remove the seat, you can get the bolts nice and tight when replacing them, and it would require the key to remove them.

Some of us don't have a tank to store tools in.
The ease of bolt replacement is not in question for those without the top rack or side racks. When you have racks, you can't just put in any M8x55 bolt and have it work - the head needs to clear the tube.
Anyway, the SRF introduced a keyed quick release and that is the preferred normal form for motorcycle seat releases. The S+DS tail subframe is just a design issue that's tricky to work around.
