Hey, gang! Been a while. Unfortunately, my SR isn't very happy with me. I put it into climate controlled storage last winter. I left it plugged in and I checked on it a couple times and all seemed well. Several months later, I returned to find the GFI outlet had tripped and there was no life in the SR. Not even the battery LED. All dark. I finally made time this weekend to work on it before paying someone to haul it to the dealer. I downloaded the 2014 manual and removed the seat to inspect the fuses but I am not able to locate the charger fuses. They are not with the board and converter fuses as shown in the manual. All other fuses including the 4 low voltage checked out. Any advice before I start spending $$$ ? Thanks!

The dealer put my windscreen on loose. I initially thought it was meant to be adjustable. I now have it in the position I like and tightened everything. It hasn't moved in 2500 miles.

You can always try the 28T sprocket. I would have ordered that if I knew it was an option when I purchased the bike.

Just because you got it doesn't mean you use it every time you go. Range and top speed isn't an issue for me. It's personal. The SR has no top end anyway. 100 mph is mid range. It's a low end beast.

This topic resurfaced so I thought I would post that I have not installed my sprocket. I'm concerned about the stock tires and I'm not sure if anyone knows how to code the speedometer for a 2014 SR.

It isn't hinged but it is secured with the factory lock. I made it out of sheet metal and had it wrapped in carbon fiber.

I haven't noticed any negative effects from the windscreen but most of my riding has been on bikes with a screen. I mounted mine pretty low for appearance. I'm fairly short so I can still get down behind it on the highway.
