Stopped to visit a friend quickly. According to the app in the 20 miles I've driven so far I've blown through 12.0 kw. A whole lot of "let's see what it'll do" lol
Yikes!  My first SR ride was over 100 miles [with power tank], including a whole lot of "50MPH on the highway shoulder" after finding myself :o at halfway point with 30% battery indicated!

Parked her for the first night with 49 miles on it and 18% charge left. Chewed through my charge quickly by basically going full throttle at every opportunity that presented itself. Cruising at 80 on the highway certainly didn't help either. Eventually I'll learn some self control with it but for now the acceleration is too intoxicating for restraint.

Tater,

Make sure you play on dry clean roads! The torque that the SR puts out is no joke and if you play in less than perfect traction conditions you are not going to like the results!  I charged my SR up in the campgrounds at Deals Gap after it had rained. Got a little bit of mud on my tires. When I pulled out onto US 129 I pinned the throttle and completely lost control. Only remember flying through the air and had no idea what was really going on. The bike didn't have any serious damage and I wasn't seriously hurt. (was ATGATT) But it took a month and a half for my left quad to heal from the handlebar hitting it.

Have fun out there but be careful!!

When I got home from work yesterday, I found a package on my door step from Zero. Inside was not only the jacket the rep promised me but also a set of riding gloves to match the jacket! I have to give credit where it's due, Zero & their reps held up their end of the resolution and I appreciate it. I've included pictures of the both pieces.
