Title: Power at lower SOC

I am pretty positive I can tell there is a loss of power at lower states of charge on my SR.  Hitting the throttle at 40mph at 38% doesn't seem to take off like a rocket as it usually does.  Does anyone have any data for this?  I'd be interested in a graph of 0-60 times through out the SOC.  I assume the graph would look similar to how most lipo's perform  Very small losses until the battery is down to 10-20% or so.

You are absolutely correct, the Main Bike Board reduces the torque by sending messages to the Sevcon controller when the battery level moves under 40% or so. It reduces further as the charge rate drops. You can change this using the Sevcon software.

If you can access your logs, you'll see that the power reduction is written to the logs as well.

This is what a log looks like when you've ridden to the end of your SOC. ;)

Your first acceleration when the motor is cold will also be the fastest. Once the motor is warm it automatically lowers power  to not over heat the motors.
